How Do I Enrol?

So you've decided you want to study - what else do I need to know?

Professional IQ College has an open enrolment system. This means you can enrol for qualifications at any time. Delivery is via distance learning.

In order to enrol in any qualification based learning:

1. Create an account and log in

2. Book or purchase the qualification or module online.

3. You will be reminded to then complete the enrolment form.

4. Sign and upload or post the declaration with a verified passport or birth certificate.

Be enroling you acknowledge you have considered the following Terms and Conditions and other information which outline our commitment to our students, NZQA, and your commitment to study by enrolling.

We will contact you with instructions to access your learning once your enrolment has been accepted.


What Information do I need to supply and why?

International Students and Overseas Study

If you are not a citizen or a permanent resident of New Zealand, then you are considered to be an international student. Professional IQ College does not accept enrolment from international students for any of its programmes at this time. 

Student Fee Protection

If you are paying in excess of $500 for learning, and not claiming the learning cost from either your own business or an employer student fee protection rules may apply.  Read More.....

English Requirements

All of our course material is developed and delivered in the English language. This means in order to get the benefit of learning from our material you will need to be able to read and write the English language at an appropriate level.  Read More.....

We provide student support by providing access to tutors and administration staff via an online chat function as well as direct access by intend to provide as much support.
