This Residential Property Lending for New Advisers Course is a three-day workshop which can be completed as part of working toward the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services.
This course has been jointly developed between Professional IQ College and Financial Advice NZ to provide course training and assessment of the NZQA accredited Residential Property Lending strand of the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services.
The practical workshop format prepares advisers for their regulatory requirements; how to work with lenders; meeting client needs and the practicalities of running a mortgage advice business. The course also incorporates feedback from the industry and has received strong support from both adviser dealer groups and lenders.
