Complaints to FSCL are on the rise, including complaints about financial advisers, insurance and mortgage brokers.
This workshop will discuss a number of cases about insurance and mortgage brokers that have been investigated by FSCL in the last 12 months and how they were resolved. The workshop will also examine the causes of the complaints, how and where things went wrong between the broker and the client, and how the complaints may have been avoided in the first place.
