In this final webinar in the complaint handling series Trevor will discuss how your pre-conceived ideas and existing beliefs can have a negative impact on the outcome of a negotiation and how to counter this.  He will also talk about the skill of reframing to avoid misinterpretation and highlight how the effects of emotions need to be considered and tips on debriefing and complaint avoidance.
