The next in our series is: Undertaking the Negotiation
Creating an environment for a good negotiation can be challenging in
normal circumstances but when you add emotional people to the equation
it becomes very difficult. Put simply emotions in negotiation impeded
the effective flow of two-way communication. In this session
participants will learn: how emotions manifest and the warning signs;
the effect of emotions on a negotiation; how to deal with emotional
people and how to minimise the negative impact on a negotiation. This
session also includes how to effectively debrief.
