It is widely recognised that the chances of resolving a complaint are much higher early in the stages of a complaint handling process.  However, one of the major challenges of doing so is getting your messages through to your client in those early stages.

This is often caused by the fact your client may be angry or emotional and is simply not hearing what you are trying to say.  Despite previously having a good relationship with your client that ‘connection’ is lost when they are making a complaint.

In this session you will learn how to ‘fast connect’ and get your initial message through using behavioural matching.


You will also learn the importance of and how to establish the ‘what and why’ of the complaint early in the process and generating resolution choices.

This session will give you skills that will increase the likelihood of successful early resolution and increased client satisfaction and loyalty.
