‘AS/NZ 10002:2014 Guidelines for Complaint Handling in Organisations’ is the accepted process for internal complaint processes.  However, how practical is applying the principles of the Standard in today’s financial services industry?  Are the requirements reasonable and achievable?

In this session Trevor Slater will discuss the principles of the Standard and how and if they can be applied in a practical and economic way to today’s financial industry.

Trevor was a member of the Standards Committee who helped transform the Standard from an Internal one to one for New Zealand and Australia.
