We tend to like people like ourselves. And when we communicate with people like ourselves the efficiency of the communication is increased. However, when we meet someone for the first time or when you client has a complaint, the communication efficiency is greatly reduced.
By using behavioural mirroring and perspective shifting you can connect with a new client, or one with a complaint, quickly and efficiently, and increase the chances of those people actually listening to what you have to say.
You will already often be using these skills but unaware that you are doing so. In this workshop you will learn how, when and where to use these relationship building skills.
