Not always. Several of the roles above are open to people new to the industry and include support to complete the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) while you work. Each listing sets out what the employer expects.
A Financial Advice Provider is a business licensed by the Financial Markets Authority to give regulated financial advice. Advisers give advice either under a FAP licence or as an authorised body or nominated representative of one.

No. The roles are open to anyone. If you are already studying with us, say so in your application, as several partners prioritise candidates who are part way through the Level 5.
